2. Description of Service

Soruno provides smart content generation and management tools designed for businesses and creators. Our service includes automated image generation, captioning, and content planning based on user-provided brand profiles.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Soruno, a Soruno employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Soruno and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the South Africa and foreign countries.

6. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. We use third-party payment processors to handle all payment transactions securely.

7. Subscription and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Soruno, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Soruno and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
